Hi! My name is Chloe and I am following in the footsteps of my Mum and trained to be an APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) Pilates Instructor in 2020-21.
I am a recent graduate from the University of Leeds (History and Mandarin)
and have been teaching for the last four years alongside my degree both for functional pilates and for several societies!
I also work for Mighty Netball and am a Level two Netball Coach and a Level three Sports Leader, this has shaped my passion to work with kids, teens and young adults. I reinforced this by completing a CPD course on “Kid’s and Teens” with APPI, and love to encourage functional movement in a fun way, to help correct habitual postures, prevent injury and to help people feel stronger and enhance their sporting performance!
I’m also a strong advocate of mindfulness to help with mental health, using Pilates as an outlet to help ease the stresses of life, from exams, bills, relationships and the adult world in general!
In the hope to build a community where everyone can have a safe space to exercise both the mind and body!
