Wednesday @ 9.00am
Friday @ 10.00am
Saturday@ 9.00am

You will also receive a recording of the Tuesday 10am class & access to the previous months' recordings via dropbox.   

Length:  1 hour classes

Cost:  £65 pcm for an individual member

           £95 pcm for a couple FROM THE SAME HOUSEHOLD

Payment:   Monthly via standing order. Paid in advance by 25th of each month

Where:  Comfort of your own home, or ANYWHERE in the world!
