Pricing

£55.00 per calendar month. Payable in advance by the 25th of each month via standing order

Unlimited access to classes listed above

For a 2nd person in the same household and additional £25.00 per month is required

There are no weekly memberships or PAYG (Pay As You Go) classes at present

No refunds/transfer of classes to another household individual (see outline of cost)

I reserve the right to change or cancel classes, provide cover if required or take holiday with advance notice to all subscribing members 

There will be NO classes should they fall on a Bank Holiday

I will close during the Summer holiday period, but a Dropbox folder will be provided for those who wish to continue with their practice

Membership Includes:

  1. Access to class is by payment in advance on the 25th of each month preferably via standing order
  2. Entry to as many of the hour long Zoom classes, as listed above, (per week) as you wish
  3. A monthly folder containing recordings of various classes
  4. A weekly live class recording is available in case your are unable to attend
  5. The Zoom links to all classes and the link to the Dropbox folder of recordings will be sent via email at the end of the month for the next months' participation
  6. The Dropbox folder is valid for 1 calendar month

General Guidelines for Zoom Classes

  1. If you have no Pilates knowledge, entry will be via a 1:1, unless more clinical input is required
  2. Classes will open 15 mins before the start of each class if you wish to ask questions or advice or to ensure technical issues are avoided
  3. Each class lasts for one hour including relaxation
  4. Please respect all other clients and arrive to the "Zoom Room" on time
  5. If late to class, you may need to wait a short while to be let in
  6. In my absence, the weekly recording will be available or the recordings in the Dropbox folder
  7. With regard to any of the recordings you accept and take full responsibility to work within your own levels as this is unsupervised

Exercise Specific Guidelines

  1. Please move within your limitations in both in live Zoom classes and in recordings.  DO NOT WORK INTO ANY PAIN YOU MAY EXPERIENCE
  2. Please inform me before a class if you have any new issues (back, neck, etc), either by email text or phone call
  3. If an exercise is too strong or produces pain, STOP, pick another move or stretch out.  Choose a movement you know you can manage safely
  4. It is your responsibility to move within your limitations
  5. Bring all Pilates equipment to your classes if you have any
  6. Once admitted to class begin trigger pointing/mobilising
  7. Classes will start promptly, and you will be muted throughout the class in order for all clients to hear me
  8. Tuesday morning class is always recorded and sent out for your use throughout the week
  9. Any request for a refund due to long-term ill-health or major surgery can be discussed on an individual basis prior to or at the time.  This cannot be requested after the event
